Quotation terms

• Mixed-style wholesale orders start at 10 total pieces. Sizes, colors and final variants are subject to availability.
• Goods and international freight are quoted separately. Retail checkout shipping offers do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
• Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are payable by the buyer unless expressly included in the written quotation.
• First orders are prepared only after full cleared payment. Credit terms are not available.
• Samples are paid. We do not promise free samples or a sample credit against a later order.
• For orders of 30 pieces or more, freight is calculated from the actual packed carton weight, dimensions and destination—not by multiplying an old single-unit rate.
• Packed weight does not establish whether packing charges are included. Any packing charge will be confirmed separately before the final quotation.
• Availability, lead time and defect handling are confirmed in writing before payment.
